Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across all 50 states
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and HR departments
- Implement new hire onboarding processes for payroll systems
- Conduct quarterly audits to ensure FLSA and ACA compliance
- Train staff on payroll procedures and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Proficient in ADP Workforce Now and QuickBooks Enterprise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table expertise
- Proven track record of 100% payroll accuracy audits
- Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality standards
- Experience with garnishment processing and wage orders
