Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage time and attendance data integration with Kronos systems
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Administer garnishments, deductions, and 401(k) contributions
- Generate payroll reports for CFO and HR leadership
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and reconciliation processes
- Support year-end tax filings (W-2, 1099, 941) preparation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Advanced proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar HRIS platforms
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or actively pursuing certification
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and state labor laws
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and data visualization
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
