Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, tax filings, and year-end reconciliations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies with precision and confidentiality
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and benefit deductions
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor laws (FL, GA, SC)
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and audits
- Support implementation of new payroll systems and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or equivalent HCM systems
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and state-specific payroll regulations
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication abilities
