Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll accurately and timely using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and compliance across CA, AZ, and OR
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Implement process improvements using Excel and SAP integration
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within SLA
- Prepare quarterly and annual payroll reports for leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience in multi-state environments
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Expertise in CA labor law and FLSA compliance
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation a plus
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Experience with 401(k) and benefits administration
