Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for 200+ employees with 100% accuracy
- Manage tax filings, deductions, and benefit enrollments
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Collaborate with HR on employee data updates and terminations
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Optimize payroll systems and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP or similar payroll software
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, KY state labor laws, and tax codes
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
