Responsibilities
- Prepare and review individual and small business tax returns using industry software
- Assist clients with tax documentation and compliance requirements
- Communicate with clients via phone/email to resolve tax-related inquiries
- Support senior associates with research and data analysis
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Participate in ongoing training to develop technical expertise
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of tax principles and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel required)
