Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (FL, FLSA, IRS)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly
- Support year-end processes including W-2 distribution and 1099 reporting
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on employee compensation matters
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent system proficiency
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, FL labor laws, and IRS tax regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation strongly preferred
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and handle confidential data
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
