Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance
- Prepare and file quarterly tax returns (941, 940)
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies
- Support year-end processing (W-2s, 1099s)
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding
- Implement process improvements for efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of FLSA and multi-state tax laws
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
