Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (CA, NY, TX)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollments with 100% accuracy
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in real-time
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and auditors
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and offboarding processes
- Implement process improvements using Excel and SAP HCM
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR required
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, CA wage orders, and local labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Proven problem-solving skills with complex payroll issues
- Excellent communication abilities for cross-departmental collaboration
