Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll cycles for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefits enrollments with precision
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax laws (FLSA, FICA, local regulations)
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and external audits
- Lead quarterly payroll audits and implement corrective actions
- Train HR staff on payroll procedures and system updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent expertise
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, ACA, and Tennessee payroll regulations
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and SAP familiarity
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR certification preferred
- Proven problem-solving with audit resolution experience
