Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, benefits deductions, and tax compliance across GA, FL, and SC
- Conduct quarterly reconciliations and year-end tax filings (1099/W-2)
- Implement new payroll policies and system upgrades with HRIS integration
- Lead audits and respond to payroll inquiries from employees and auditors
- Maintain compliance with FLSA, DOL, and state labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years US payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent HRIS expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR-related field
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and payroll reporting tools
- Strong understanding of FLSA, DOL, and GA labor laws
- Proven audit experience with SOX or internal controls
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
