You'll work with cutting-edge payroll systems and collaborate with HR to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across all jurisdictions
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through audit trails and reconciliation reports
- Prepare and submit quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2s
- Implement new hire onboarding processes for payroll setup
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and time-off tracking
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Strong knowledge of federal/state wage and hour regulations
- Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot table skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance documentation
