Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage time and attendance data collection from integrated systems
- Prepare and file federal, state, and local tax filings accurately
- Respond to payroll inquiries with clear, professional communication
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies monthly
- Update employee records and deductions in HRIS systems
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, ACA, and state labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software
- Strong understanding of federal/state tax regulations and garnishment laws
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with multi-state payroll compliance (NE, IA, KS)
