Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and auditors
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll processes
- Stay current on FLSA, ACA, and state labor laws
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Proficiency in Excel and payroll software
- Multi-state tax compliance knowledge
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- PHR/SPHR or CPP certification a plus
