Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll bi-weekly using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance for CA, TX, and NY
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies with 99.9% accuracy
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding and benefit enrollments
- Generate payroll reports for executives and external auditors
- Stay updated on FLSA, DOL, and state labor regulations
- Lead payroll system implementations and process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proven problem-solving with payroll discrepancies
- Strong knowledge of CA labor laws and wage orders
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
