Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings for compliance
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Conduct quarterly reconciliations and year-end processing
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and timekeeping systems
- Generate payroll reports for executive review and auditing
- Maintain confidential employee records per data protection standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP systems
- Proven knowledge of federal/state payroll regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Proficient in Excel and payroll reporting tools
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Ability to manage high-volume deadlines with 100% accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with multi-state payroll compliance
