Responsibilities

  • Process and disburse payroll on a bi-weekly basis using [Company Payroll System] or ADP Workforce Now.
  • Ensure accurate calculation of gross pay, deductions, taxes, and net pay for all employees.
  • Maintain strict compliance with federal (IRS), state (New Mexico Taxation & Revenue), and local payroll laws and regulations.
