Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wage deductions, bonuses, and commissions
- Ensure compliance with IRS, FLSA, and CO state labor laws
- Manage year-end tax filings (W-2, 1099) and audits
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Collaborate with HR and finance on payroll system integrations
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification preferred
- Expertise in CO labor law and tax compliance
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- PHR/SPHR certification a plus
- Proven problem-solving with payroll audits
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
