Responsibilities
- Develop personalized financial strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families
- Cultivate and expand client relationships through proactive portfolio management
- Conduct comprehensive financial planning analyses including retirement, estate, and tax optimization
- Drive business development through targeted networking and community engagement
- Maintain FINRA Series 7/66 or equivalent licensing compliance
- Leverage CRM tools to track client goals and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal experts on complex investment solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field required
- Minimum 3 years of financial planning/advisory experience
- Active FINRA Series 7/66 or CFP/ChFC designation preferred
- Proven track record in client acquisition and retention
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
- Deep understanding of investment vehicles and market dynamics
