Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now and ensure timely, accurate payments
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings for federal, state, and local jurisdictions
- Conduct payroll reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with HR and accounting
- Administer employee benefits enrollment and deductions including 401(k) and health plans
- Maintain compliance with FLSA, DOL, and IRS regulations while updating payroll policies
- Support year-end processing including W-2 generation and 1099 reporting
- Provide payroll support during audits and implement process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP or similar HRIS systems
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Active CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Deep understanding of multi-state payroll regulations and FLSA requirements
- Exceptional attention to detail with proven error prevention track record
- Strong analytical skills for payroll reconciliation and problem-solving
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
