Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll cycles for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across federal, state, and local jurisdictions
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee inquiries within 24 hours
- Generate quarterly tax filings and year-end W-2/1099 documentation
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and payroll system implementations
- Audit timekeeping systems for accuracy and compliance with FLSA regulations
- Document all payroll processes for SOX compliance and audit readiness
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR-related field required
- Minimum 3 years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent payroll system proficiency
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, ACA, and multi-state tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Proven ability to maintain 100% accuracy in high-volume environments
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
