Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% accuracy
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Onboard new hires with payroll setup and benefit enrollment
- Prepare year-end tax forms (W-2, 1099) and reconcile payroll accounts
- Implement process improvements using Excel and payroll analytics
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, FMLA, and state labor laws
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent expertise
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and payroll systems
- Knowledge of multi-state tax regulations and garnishment procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
