Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wage deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Generate year-end tax forms (W-2s, 1099s) and maintain compliance records
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll tasks
- Audit time and attendance data for accuracy and policy adherence
- Implement process improvements using Excel and payroll analytics tools
Qualifications
- 3+ years of US payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Expertise in FLSA, FICA, and Texas payroll tax regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- PHR or CPP certification preferred
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills for payroll exception resolution
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
