Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax compliance across TX and federal jurisdictions
- Resolve payroll discrepancies with 100% accuracy within SLAs
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and payroll data integration
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and external audits
- Implement continuous process improvements using Excel automation
- Maintain strict confidentiality for sensitive compensation data
Qualifications
- 3+ years US payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent platform proficiency
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros
- Familiarity with FLSA, DOL, and IRS regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven problem-solving with audit-ready documentation
- Exceptional attention to detail with 0% error tolerance
