Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 150+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 100% compliance accuracy
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through detailed audit trails and documentation
- Collaborate with HR on timekeeping system integration and employee onboarding
- Generate payroll reports and analytics for executive review
- Maintain confidential employee records and ensure data security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll software proficiency
- Deep understanding of federal/state labor laws (FLSA, FICA, NC withholding)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table proficiency
- Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
