Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records and reconcile discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws
- Manage garnishments and tax filings
- Support year-end audits and W-2 distribution
- Collaborate with HR on employee data updates
- Implement payroll process improvements
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP certification or equivalent HRIS expertise
- Strong knowledge of FLSA and multi-state tax laws
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
