Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments accurately
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies proactively
- Prepare and file quarterly payroll tax returns and year-end forms (W-2s, 1099s)
- Collaborate with HR on new hires, terminations, and compensation changes
- Generate payroll reports for leadership and finance teams
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software
- FPC certification or equivalent payroll credentials preferred
- Deep knowledge of FLSA, garnishment laws, and state-specific regulations
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and macros
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
