Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage complex bank reconciliations and intercompany account settlements
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for executive review
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Lead accounts payable/receivable optimization initiatives
- Collaborate with auditors during financial examinations
- Maintain digital filing systems with 99.9% accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Advanced knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to manage high-volume transaction processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
