Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Maintain compliance with federal/state tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Handle garnishments, deductions, and year-end W-2 processing
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies within SLA
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll tasks
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business (Bachelor's preferred)
- 3+ years payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent
- Expertise in multi-state payroll compliance
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, PivotTables)
- Proven problem-solving with audit trail documentation
