- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP and QuickBooks
- Verify time records and calculate deductions for taxes, benefits, and garnishments
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries with clear, professional communication
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare monthly/quarterly reports
- Maintain confidential employee records and payroll documentation
- Collaborate with HR and accounting teams on payroll-related matters
Qualifications
