Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings across all 50 states
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and audit requests within SLA
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and timekeeping systems
- Generate payroll reports for executive leadership and external auditors
- Maintain compliance with federal/state labor regulations (FLSA, FLSA)
- Lead quarterly payroll system testing and implementation updates
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Proficient in Excel with VLOOKUP and pivot table skills
- Familiarity with garnishment processing (wage attachments, child support)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months
- Proven experience with payroll audits and compliance documentation
