Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll biweekly using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings across AZ, CA, and TX
- Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies with precision
- Prepare year-end tax forms (W-2s, 1099s) and compliance reports
- Support HR initiatives by maintaining employee records in HRIS
- Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
- Respond to payroll inquiries within SLA standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state knowledge
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent proficiency
- Deep understanding of FLSA, AZ state labor laws, and ACA compliance
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
- PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus
- Proven ability to handle confidential data with discretion
