Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees bi-weekly using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, etc.)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and employee payroll adjustments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly/annual tax filings
- Support HR with onboarding paperwork and time-off requests
- Generate payroll reports for CFO and audit purposes
Qualifications
- 3+ years US payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now or similar system proficiency
- Familiarity with multi-state tax regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Business or equivalent experience
- PHR/SPHR or CPP certification preferred
- Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
