Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (FLSA, FICA, OK state laws)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and employee benefits enrollments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly/annual tax filings
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding processes
- Generate payroll reports for executive review and audits
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Expert knowledge of multi-state payroll regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
