Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage tax filings, garnishments, and deductions with 99.9% accuracy
- Conduct payroll audits and resolve discrepancies within SLAs
- Support year-end processes including W-2 generation and 1099 preparation
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Implement process improvements using Lean Six Sigma principles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- ADP certification or equivalent payroll system proficiency
- Expert knowledge of FLSA, state tax laws, and ACA requirements
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Proven problem-solving with attention to detail orientation
