Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and benefit enrollments
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly/annual reports
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR on employee data changes and terminations
- Maintain confidential payroll records and audit trails
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- Proficiency with ADP, Ceridian, or similar payroll systems
- Strong knowledge of FLSA, FICA, and state tax laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP certification preferred
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
