Responsibilities
- Process semi-monthly payroll for multi-state employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with IRS and state agencies
- Conduct payroll audits and reconcile discrepancies with HRIS systems
- Support year-end processes including W-2 distribution and 1099 reporting
- Collaborate with HR on benefits administration and time-off tracking
- Implement payroll process improvements and maintain compliance with FLSA and DOL regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll software
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Strong knowledge of federal/state tax laws and garnishment procedures
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with HRIS systems like Workday or BambooHR
