Responsibilities

  • Process weekly and monthly payroll for all employees using ADP and Excel, ensuring all timesheets are verified and accurate.
  • Calculate and process payroll-related expenses, including commissions, bonuses, and deductions for taxes, 401(k), and insurance.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of employee payroll data and sensitive financial information.
  • Prepare and file quarterly and annual payroll tax reports with state and federal agencies to ensure full compliance.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay stubs, tax forms (W-2/W-4), and payroll deductions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end payroll reports and audit documentation.

Qualifications
