Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records and calculate deductions (taxes, benefits, garnishments)
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, FMLA, and Oklahoma state labor laws
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly tax filings
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
- Maintain confidential employee records and audit trails
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll tasks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of multi-state payroll processing experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification strongly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Deep understanding of FLSA overtime calculations
- Proven track record of meeting payroll deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
