- Utilize ProSystem fx and Lacerte software for efficient processing
- Conduct thorough tax research to address complex client inquiries
- Collaborate with senior tax associates on client case reviews
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or related field required
- 1+ years of tax preparation experience
- PTIN certification and active IRS e-file authorization
- Proficiency in tax software (ProSystem fx/Lacerte preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a flexible schedule
