Responsibilities
- Prepare and file individual and business tax returns with precision
- Conduct thorough tax research and compliance reviews
- Advise clients on tax-saving strategies and deductions
- Maintain accurate client records using ProSeries and QuickBooks
- Collaborate with senior associates on complex tax cases
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and IRS communications

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 2+ years of tax preparation experience
- Proficiency in tax software (ProSeries, Lacerte, or CCH)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Arizona CPA license or actively pursuing certification
- Flexible availability (20-30 hours/week)
