- Communicate with clients to address tax-related inquiries
- Review financial documents for accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with senior tax professionals on complex cases
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant certification
- 1+ years of tax preparation experience
- Proficiency in tax software (ProSeries/Lacerte preferred)
- Strong knowledge of IRS regulations and NC tax codes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Clear communication and client service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid NC driver's license for client visits
