Responsibilities
- Process semi-monthly payroll for 150+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records, deductions, and tax compliance for all payroll cycles
- Manage garnishments, bonuses, and commission payments
- Generate payroll reports and assist with year-end tax filings
- Respond to payroll inquiries from employees and HR stakeholders
- Conduct payroll audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with ADP systems
- Proficient in Excel with advanced formula knowledge
- Deep understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPP certification preferred but not required
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder interactions
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
