Responsibilities
- Process bi-weekly payroll for 100+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish wage deductions, bonuses, and commissions
- Ensure compliance with federal/state tax regulations (MO, KS) and FLSA
- Reconcile payroll accounts and prepare quarterly/yearly tax filings
- Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies within 24 hours
- Maintain confidential employee records in HRIS system
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll transitions
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience with multi-state compliance
- Proficient in ADP, QuickBooks, or similar payroll software
- Knowledge of MO/KS tax regulations and wage laws
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interactions
