Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 100+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with 99.9% accuracy
- Respond to payroll inquiries within 24 hours via phone/email
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding processes
- Generate payroll reports and analytics for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with federal/state labor regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years payroll processing experience (ADP preferred)
- Proficiency in Excel with VLOOKUP/PIVOT TABLES
- Multi-state tax filing knowledge (MN/WI/ND/IA)
- CPP or FPC certification preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving
- Ability to work 20-25 hours/week (flexible schedule)
- Strong communication and client service skills
