Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and prepare comprehensive reports for stakeholders
- Assist in developing and maintaining departmental budgets and forecasts
- Create financial models supporting investment decisions and strategic initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators and variance analysis against projections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial alignment
- Support month-end closing processes and ensure regulatory compliance
- Present findings to leadership through clear visual dashboards and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience or equivalent internship
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, financial modeling)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial reporting standards
- Excellent quantitative and qualitative problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Effective communication skills for presenting complex data to non-financial teams
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
