Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
- Prepare detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Support budgeting and planning processes across business units
- Present insights through clear dashboards and executive summaries
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Monitor KPIs and financial metrics against performance targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience (part-time acceptable)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, complex formulas)
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
