Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
- Assist in the development and monitoring of annual budgets and long-term forecasts.
- Ensure accuracy in general ledger reconciliations and financial documentation.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize resource allocation.
- Maintain compliance with internal policies, GAAP, and regulatory requirements.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA/CFA preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
