Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and prepare comprehensive reports for senior leadership
- Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis for departmental projects
- Support month-end closing processes with journal entries and reconciliations
- Develop Excel-based models for scenario analysis and performance tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives and process improvements
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visual dashboards and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2+ years of financial analysis experience (internships accepted)
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial statement analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle preferred)
