Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and investment portfolios to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Develop detailed financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive decision-making
- Prepare comprehensive Excel dashboards and visualizations to communicate financial insights
- Support budgeting processes by tracking KPIs and departmental spending patterns
- Conduct industry research to support investment recommendations and market positioning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (required)
- 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or investment research
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, financial modeling)
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and financial statement analysis
- Experience with financial modeling tools and data visualization software (Tableau preferred)
- Exceptional attention to detail with ability to identify discrepancies in large datasets
- Strong communication skills to present complex financial concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
